Terms & Conditions:
All Confirmed bookings entail a contractual arrangement between you [“The Customer”] and The Company [“The Raymond Candy Cleaning Company”]
The following Terms & Conditions therefore apply to all engagements with The Company – Please read carefully
- All advance engagements with us will be confirmed in writing via either email, WhatsApp, or SMS message from the Company.
- Payment of work and services shall be made immediately on completion of work. This payment may be by Cash or Card only. We do not accept cheques.
- In the event of a cancellation following a booking confirmation, The Company stipulates the following terms:
- Any Cancellations or postponed bookings made by The Customer prior to the appointment date by 5 days or more – At No Charge
- Any Cancellations made by The Customer prior to the appointment date by 49-72 hours – At 25% Charge of agreed fees*, or a minimum charge of £65.00, whichever is greater.
- Any Cancellations or postponed bookings made by The Customer prior to the appointment date by 24 -48 hours – At 50% Charge of agreed fees*, or a minimum charge of £90.00, whichever is greater
- Any Cancellations or postponed bookings made by The Customer prior to the appointment date by less than 24 hours – At 100% Charge of agreed fees*
*NB: Any invoicing owed to The Company ageing beyond 30 days will be referred to our debt collection service, and may incur extra charges upon collection, or sundry interest charged
